The camera doesn't see my reps

Prop your phone up so your head and shoulders are in frame, in good light, about 1–2 metres away. Tap Recalibrate after a round and hold each pose until the bar fills.

My apps aren't locking

Open Doomreps → Settings → Choose apps to lock and make sure Screen Time access is allowed (iOS Settings → Screen Time). In "At home only" mode, apps lock only while you're at the home you saved; in a schedule, only during those hours.

I need my apps right now

Use Emergency unlock from the home screen or Settings. You get a few each week, and they don't use your banked minutes.

"Earn time" on the block screen does nothing

It sends a notification that opens Doomreps. Turn notifications on in iOS Settings → Notifications → Doomreps.

Steps aren't earning minutes

Connect Apple Health in Doomreps → Settings, and allow step reading in the Health app → Sharing → Apps → Doomreps. Steps earn up to a daily cap.

Subscriptions and refunds

Manage or cancel any time in Doomreps → Settings → Manage subscription, or iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Switched phones? Use Restore purchases in Settings.

Delete my data

Deleting the app removes everything stored on your phone. To also remove your leaderboard scores and analytics data, email us from the address you'd like a reply to; see the privacy policy.
